The restaurant has been left in the trusted hands of Giovanni Cerroni, the prot?g? of Michelin star chef Paolo Airaudo.
Giovanni?s philosophy is to develop cuisine that celebrates the enhancement respect and seasonality of the exceptional local products, where diners are taken on a gastronomic journey, inspired by the emotions of the chef, all prepared in a state of the art kitchen. The menu consists of a served buffet, which gives the diner the experience of trying a variety of sumptuous options.
Enjoy a fine dining experience with an impeccable touch in a secure and safe environment, whilst admiring the view of the outdoor area, the orange grove and the pool (the only one in the city!).
