This year, for Valentine’s Day, Chef Pasquale Palermo has created an exclusive menu that celebrates love with refined dishes, inspired by the Apulian tradition and his passion for high quality cuisine. Each dish is a tribute to the authentic flavors of Puglia, interpreted with skill and a touch of creativity that makes each course unique.

The gastronomic journey begins with a delicate welcome aperitif, accompanied by bubbles for a toast to love. The bread, handcrafted with farm oil, recalls the deep connection with the Apulian land. The menu continues with a savory panna cotta that plays with summery and fresh flavours, followed by tortellini filled with red prawn and basil, served in a salt water broth that recalls the seafood tradition.

The main dish, a seared red mullet with ricotta and tomato puree, is an explosion of Mediterranean flavours, while the final dessert, a tarta tatin with rosemary ice cream, concludes the menu with a perfect match between sweetness and aroma.

Chef Pasquale Palermo, with his experience and love for Apulian cuisine, has created a menu that not only celebrates local gastronomy, but also the art of sharing an unforgettable culinary experience. A menu that becomes poetry, for an evening full of taste, passion and refinement.
