Created by the talented and visionary interior designer/owner Pascale Lauber, our boutique hotel, spa and restaurant in the center of Ostuni offers a unique experience from the moment you arrive. Pascale supervised the complete restoration of the old Palazzo Rosso’s interior, paying attention to every detail to create an elegant dialogue between functionality, luxury, charm, humor and comfort. You won’t find a more unique boutique hotel in Ostuni or even Puglia.
