Restaurant 700 is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef, Chef de Partie (with previous Sous Chef experience), Commis de cuisine and Pastry cook (with bread making experience) to join our award-winning culinary team.

We are looking for a talented professionals, with a refined palate, and a deep respect for seasonal ingredients and contemporary Italian cuisine. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience while working in a creative, high-performance yet small kitchen.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience for at least 2 years in a similar gourmet environment.
• Passion for modern Mediterranean cuisine and premium local produce.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
